Led by a highly experienced retail and e-commerce professional with a passion for the food industry. An encyclopaedic knowledge of the industry developed through a desire for continuous learning and passion of retail. Spent over 20 years working in every aspect of retail from the factory floor and new product development to the shop front, merchandising, sales, buying, sourcing, category and brand management and e-commerce. As a RedMart Merchandise Director spent 3 years coaching and developing a high performance team, implementing processes and building strategy to drive range growth, sales and margin in a highly competitive market. Joined Generals Mills to increase understanding of the Asian market and to leverage on one of the top FMCG companies in the world to further develop customer, category and brand management skills.
